The Board of Directors is comprised of eleven members who own, manage or work for businesses in the District.  In addition, the Board has appointed two honorary members whose participation is deemed beneficial for the continued improvement of the District.  Board members are elected annually, at our Annual Membership Meeting, usually in December.  Board members are elected to a two-year term, with 6 elected in even years, and five in odd years.  The Board meets monthly and members interested in attending a meeting can contact our District office.
