Budget & Finance- Develop a yearly budget for the Association
Business Retention & Recruitment- Develop a welcoming committee to welcome all new businesses to the Association
- Develop factual Data of the Avenue to help with potential interest of businesses coming to the area
City Liaison
- Establish a regular monthly meeting with responsible City Officers
- Point for major issues
Marketing and Promotions
- Develop and establish programs for the year
- Seek corporate sponsorship
StreetScape
- Provide advisement for Capital Improvement of the District
- Provide advisement on ambiance maintenance and improvement of the District
